Hi. My name is Annalise Friend and I am the owner of Upward Dog.
I am experimenting with something new – asking for support! I know being slick and polished is grand – but you know what, so is being vulnerable and honest.
I am a female business owner and it has been a challenging time in business, and this has been stressful for me and my family.
I would love your help in sharing Upward Dog to in-real-life-friends, online friends, family, strangers, or that person from work that does yoga.

G’day Annalise, I heard about your store from Steve, at Yogajak, Sunshine Coast.
I have just commence Yoga and have all the balance and co-ordination of a sloth on horse tranquillizer.
Steve is a very patient individual and I am enjoying each class. He recommended your Yoga Mats and now I am eagerly awaiting its arrival.
Hopefully it arrives before my next session.

Thanks for your comment (and for your email), and thanks for the recommendation, Steve! These mats are on backorder and I hope to have them dispatched by the end of August. There are of course delays in the parcel networks but I am doing my best to get backorders to customers asap.
Also, a sloth on horse tranquilliser could actually be a great exploration of slow yoga, so I’m sure it’s fine:) Great to hear you are enjoying the beginning of your yoga!
