    Our courier partners and Australia Post both currently have high volumes of parcels and there is restricted airfreight leaving Melbourne, so there are delivery delays on orders at the moment.  If you received tracking information that an order has been sent, but it has not yet been scanned in the network, then there won’t be an update on your delivery yet.  Couriers and Australia Post are working to clear the backlog of items to be scanned asap.  You can see Australia Post updates here. Please feel free to reach out to us for an estimate on your dispatch date.

    If an item is displayed on our website as in stock, it will be dispatched on the next business day.  If it says that it is available on backorder on our website, or backordered on your confirmation email, you can see the expected dispatch date by selecting the colour of the item you ordered on the product page of our website. We will let you know if this changes.
