Is this item on backorder? When will it be available?

If an item is displayed on our website as in stock, it will be dispatched on the next business day.  If it says that it is available on backorder on our website, or backordered on your confirmation email, the item will be ready for dispatch in 10 – 14 business days.  We will let you know if this changes.

I didn't receive a confirmation email.

Please check your junk folder.  If no luck, get in touch and we can re-send.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email with tracking info once your order has been dispatched.

COVID-19 delivery delays.

Our courier partners and Australia Post currently have high volumes of parcels in their systems and there may be delivery delays.  If you received tracking information that an order has been sent, but it has not yet been scanned in the network, then there won’t be an update on your delivery yet.  They are working to clear the backlog of items to be scanned asap.  You can see Australia Post updates here.
