A new order of Dharma Bums has arrived, made up of basics with some lovely features. We now stock the Bamboo Twisted Back Tee in black, the Mesh Panel Leggings in navy, and the Barre Leggings in black. I love punchy prints, and sometimes some neutral basics are just the thing. I have noticed navy, mesh, and barre styles trending, and although we are not tied to trends, I recommend all of these styles as something that you can get a lot of wear out of, while they still feature some subtle design details. Like all of our activewear, these Dharma Bums products are all made of quality fabrics that move with you.
The Bamboo Twisted Back Tee
is great for adding a soft drape to your outfit, which comes from the bamboo-lycra fabric, which feels very light to wear. I know that I sometimes like to have a looser top with my leggings, so this ticks that box, and the twisted racer back allows easy movement.
I have come around to the navy hues that I am seeing in this season’s collections: and the navy of these mesh leggings
is particularly soft and inky so the colour loses that kind of rigid, military-uniform association. The mesh panels feel sexy, sporty and streamlined.
The barre leggings feel super soft to wear and can help you re/claim a dancer aesthetic. I think that I have always done a mix of comfortable basics and streetwear, so I recommend wearing these kinds of things when you’re ‘active’ – and when you’re not! Even if the athleisure/activewear trend wanes, comfort, durability and good design are always worthwhile. Plus, Dharma Bums products are Australian made and accredited with Ethical Clothing Australia, which are features that definitely outlast trends.
