Click and Collect is now a feature of Upward Dog and you can also Click and Collect if you purchase from us at Global Sisters site! You are welcome to drop in to check out a mats.

If an item is displayed on our website as in stock, it will be dispatched on the next business day.  If it says that it is available on backorder on our website, or backordered on your confirmation email, you can see the expected dispatch date by selecting the colour of the item you ordered on the product page of our website. We will let you know if this changes.

Upward Dog  bring together the most durable, beautiful and practical gear from the world’s leading yoga gear suppliers and test it myself to ensure the quality.  Manduka and Mukti Mats are longstanding suppliers, with more added as their products meet my standard for ethical and eco criteria and durability, such as Zone and Yoga Design Lab.  Upward Dog eye pillows and yoga bolsters are also available, which make use of beautiful natural materials and unique fabrics from Australian textile artists.

  • Go to the Upward Dog gift voucher product page
  • Add it to your cart.
  • During the checkout process you set if you want the voucher to be emailed to you, or to the person you are giving it to.
  • After you checkout, it is emailed as a digital voucher that includes a coupon code.
  • The receiver visits our site and adds what they want to to their cart.
  • On the cart page they enter the coupon code and click apply.
  • This subtracts the gift voucher amount from their cart total.

Some items are sent separately, so if your items were sent at the same time, your missing item is on its way. If an item was ordered on backorder, you can find out the expected dispatch date when you select the colour on the product page for that item, or by contacting us.
  • Good news! You have 30 days from your delivered date to return your item
  • The exception is Manduka PRO Series mats, which have a lifetime guarantee
  • If your purchase is defective, we reimburse you for the return shipping
  • If you paid using Paypal, they will reimburse you
  • If you are returning something that is not defective, return shipping costs are paid by you
  • Non-defective items need to be unused with packaging still intact
  • If these conditions are met, you can choose either refund, exchange or credit (let us know which you would like here)
  • Refunds are processed through the payment method that you used for your purchase
  • We will let you know when the refund is successful (usually within 10 business days from receiving the returned item)
  • If you choose exchange, we send the exchanged item/s out to you
  • If the exchanged item/s come to less than the original order, we refund the difference
  • If the exchanged item/s come to more than the original order, we invoice you for the difference
  • If you choose credit, we send you a coupon code for the credit amount

Afterpay is a trusted and secure third party provider of an electronic lay-by system. Afterpay offers interest-free payment plans for your online purchases. Buy and receive what you want today and pay it off in four equal instalments fortnightly. To use this system you will need to set up an account with Afterpay which is separate from any information you provide to Upward Dog. You can choose to do this during the checkout process on our site. Afterpay charges late fees if payments have not been made on time, so read their terms and conditions in full for more details to decide if this system is for you. Upward Dog cannot accept responsibility for any transactions by Afterpay after the purchase has gone through our checkout. Our returns and refunds policy applies normally, but your financial transactions will be through Afterpay (including any refunds). We no longer accept ZipPay.
Please check your junk folder for emails from us. The email confirming that your order is been sent will have the subject ‘Dispatch details’ and be sent from orders3@npfulfilment.com.au (our warehouse).  Australia Post also sends tracking information to you via email and SMS.
