The Manduka PRO Yoga Kit – Extra Long contains:

  • The legendary Manduka PRO – in Extra Long. The supreme yoga mat is supportive and densely cushioned with performance grip and a bottom proprietary dot pattern.  Made of eco-certified PVC and 6mm thick, the PRO is the most durable base for your yoga practice on the market.  PRO mats are OEKO-TEX® certified, emissions-free manufactured, and come with a Lifetime Guarantee.  The extra length is great for tall people.
  • One or two Manduka Cork Blocks.  Yoga blocks or bricks are useful for many poses throughout your yoga development.  These blocks are durable, sturdy, and have a contoured edge for grip.  Choose one or two for your kit, and the price will display accordingly next to ‘total’.
  • Manduka Align Yoga Strap – 3m.  Based on the original design of B.K.S Iyengar, this yoga strap or belt from Manduka has an innovative zinc alloy buckle with a middle bar design that ensures there is no slipping.  Non-AZO dyes and strong, unbleached cotton webbing are used.  The length is great for tall people.

Breaking in

To break in a Manduka PRO®, use the sea salt method:

1. Unroll your mat on a flat surface.
2. Sprinkle surface generously with sea salt.
3. Let sit for 24 hours.
4. Remove salt with damp cloth.
5. Practice for a life time.
6. Repeat as needed.
